Positive: The space and the location were amazing. The neighbors all seemed friendly. Perfect access to the beach not too close but not too far. Also loved the house itself furniture and decorations were beautiful.
Negative: A few pieces of the wood flooring were beginning to rot not to the point where you could fall through, but just the little places that gather falling water and the sockets were almost all broken in the bedroom
