Positive: Close to the beach also had everything you need in there
Was decorated cool with lots beaches feeling
Negative: Sink had to put your finger in to work,fridge didn't work for hrs ,in one bedroom there was only 2 box spring not good enough to sleep in where the ac made a very loud noise

Positive: Plenty of room, the living portion was great.
Negative: Would have preferred more/better lighting downstairs in the patio area at night.
